Location: Our main offices is based in Wysall, Nottingham and you will be required to travel to various sites nationwide.

Salary:  £24,000.00 – £28,000 per year depending on experience

Due to our recent growth, we’re searching for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to join our Nottinghamshire-based office to coordinate our busy service & maintenance offer.

This is a varied role for someone with great communication and administrative skills. The successful candidate will support this crucial and growing area of the business by liaising with customers, responding to queries, arranging service visits and coordinating follow-up activity.

Qualifications and skills

    • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

    • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure that records are maintained effectively

    • Successful verbal and written communicational skills

    • A confident and friendly telephone manner

    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Knowledge of Sales Force would be an advantage

    • IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office suite
