Geo Green Power is a leading renewable energy company specialising in Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and low‑carbon heat pump installations. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Paid Media Executive to help amplify our online presence, strengthen brand awareness and support the expansion of our renewable energy solutions. This role will focus on driving high‑quality customer acquisition leads across paid digital channels, supporting our ambitious growth plans.

The Paid Media Executive will take a hands‑on, performance‑driven approach, with direct responsibility for managing significant budgets, improving cost efficiency and ensuring strong lead quality. You will optimise multi‑channel campaigns, analyse performance data and contribute to shaping our wider digital growth strategy. This permanent position is ideal for someone with strong paid media or digital marketing experience, either within the renewables sector or from a different industry, who is eager to play a key role in a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven business.

This role is centred on building and maintaining clean, efficient paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Display and emerging platforms that consistently deliver measurable commercial results. You’ll own campaign performance end‑to‑end, ensuring spend is tightly controlled, activity is scalable, and every channel is optimised to drive high‑quality leads at sustainable costs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build, manage and optimise highly structured paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, Demand Gen, Bing and social platforms
• Deliver against strict CPA, cost‑per‑hire and volume targets with clear accountability for performance
• Monitor daily results and reallocate budget based on commercial return and lead quality
• Scale winning campaigns while actively managing fatigue and diminishing returns
• Implement clear testing frameworks across audiences, creative, bidding strategies and landing pages
• Analyse regional and branch‑level performance to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate Looker Studio and Excel dashboards to track core KPIs
• Support forecasting, quarterly planning and channel allocation decisions
• Improve tracking accuracy across GA4, SalesForce and related systems
• Deliver concise, commercially focused performance reporting to senior stakeholders

Who you are

You’re a performance‑led paid media specialist who values precision, structure and efficiency. You understand how clean execution, disciplined optimisation and strong data foundations translate directly into better results.

• Hands‑on experience managing paid media across Google Search, Display, Demand Gen and Bing
• Proven ownership of meaningful monthly budgets with clear performance targets
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, lead quality and revenue impact
• Advanced reporting capability using Looker Studio and Excel
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console and CRM tracking (SalesForce desirable)
• Experience running structured A/B tests with clear hypotheses and outcomes
• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail
• Clear communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams

Desirable:

• Experience with Reddit or emerging ad platforms
• Experience in multi‑location or locally targeted advertising
• Understanding of lifetime value or contribution analysis

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
