Integrating Renewable Energy

Whether you’re building a new property or you’re renovating an existing structure; there will be a number of ways that you can implement renewable solutions for the future.

Planning and implementing solar PV systems at the start of a build provides several advantages. It makes it easier to combine technologies, such as solar panels and battery storage, and it offers numerous financial and environmental benefits.

Solar panels can be built into the roof to save on costs for roof coverings and they are also a highly effective way of improving the BREEAM score of a building.

We have extensive experience in understanding these goals and working out the specifications for the development, whether it’s a single dwelling or a large commercial development.

We provide a specialist service in the design, supply and installation of solar panels for new builds and commercial renovations. Get in touch with us to discuss your requirements and the services we offer.

Solar Panels

Solar Panels

There are several options for commercial projects and renovations. We’ve worked with businesses in a host of different industries all around the country, from schoolsto factories; warehouses to office buildings and farms to car showrooms.

Solar panels offer significant benefits for businesses and commercial buildings of all sizes, combating  rising energy costs and reducing the carbon footprint of their operations. By utilising roof space or empty land around your premises, you can generate renewable energy to save money and improve your energy security.

Heat Pumps

Heat Pumps

Heat pumps are a fantastic alternative to even the most energy-efficient boiler, and it’s likely we’re going to start seeing more of them, particularly in new build homes. Ground source heat pumps harness heat from underground to heat the home in the winter and provide cool air during the summer. This makes them an environmentally friendly option that doesn’t rely on a fossil fuel source, like gas.

Heat pumps can bring your energy bills down especially when combined with a solar PV system, they’re also safer than gas boilers that can be prone to faults. Ground  source heat pumps are a good option for large new build properties and the excavation and groundworks can be included within the overall design and construction of the build.

For smaller builds, air source heat pumps are another option that deliver low carbon forms of heating.
