Ofgem will send you a quick email to confirm that you have commissioned us to act as your installer. Simply follow the link in the email to provide your digital consent.

Voucher Approval:

Ofgem reviews the application and issues a voucher, which “reserves” your funding. These vouchers are typically valid for 3 months for air source heat pumps and 6 months for ground source systems.

Premium Installation:
