Sourcing of Materials
We meticulously select only the highest-grade components from trusted and reputable suppliers. This ensures the durability and performance of our installations. We will only use Tier 1 solar panels and often specify PV panels from Canadian Solar or JA Solar – two of the biggest names in Solar PV.
Installation Expertise
Our team of certified and highly skilled technicians adhere to strict installation protocols, guaranteeing optimal functionality and safety. The minimum certifications include CSCS/ECS, Working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid certification and regular in-house training modules. Operatives are also trained and certified for job specific roles such as the Telehandler operation and Forklift operation.

Every project undergoes thorough inspections at critical junctures, from initial design to final commissioning, to identify and address any potential issues proactively.

Heat Pump Installation and Service
Our Heat Pump installation and servicing teams work to the highest standards. Which is why we may not be your cheapest quote. But we are happy about this – because we do things right.
Primary Pro
All joints are glued forming a proper seal, which takes double the amount of time as a standard non-glued installation.
Wall-through Sleeving
All of our pipework is sleeved and insulated throughout, including through the walls. This means precise and measured installation but increases the life and optimisation of the unit.
Copper Fittings
We use copper fittings where possible which is stronger, and more robust than plastic, ensuring your system is much more secure. The install time is a little longer than plastic. We only use plastic fittings when copper cannot be fitted.
MLCP Pipes
We opt for MLCP pipe which is a high-grade plastic. This lasts a lot longer than standard plastic piping. Crimp fittings are often required for this type of piping which adds a small cost.
Service-Ready
All of our systems are installed with service and maintenance in mind. Our installation teams are all trained to install systems with clips in lines and vital components accessible for service. These future proofs your system.
Install Communication
All of our install teams are trained to communicate with the customer and have a transparent dialogue about what they are doing and why. We also give our customers a crash course on using the system, provide advice and tips on ongoing and regular maintenance, and we don’t leave the site until they are happy.
