As a member of Geo Green Power’s Central Operations team, Ellie provides vital support across multiple areas of the business, helping to ensure customers receive a seamless experience throughout their renewable energy journey. Having been with the company for four years and bringing around a decade of customer service experience, she plays an important role in supporting both customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
Ellie’s responsibilities span a wide range of operational activities, including preparing quotations and documentation following installation, producing indicative quotes for prospective customers, supporting the sales and operations teams, and acting as one of the first points of contact for enquiries. Her versatility, attention to detail and customer-focused approach help keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining the high standards of service that Geo Green Power is known for.
Drawing on previous customer-facing roles, including front-of-house positions and as a Customer Advisor at Boots, Ellie brings excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable manner to every interaction. Her willingness to support multiple areas of the business makes her a valued member of the Geo Green Power team.
