Managing Director

James Cunningham

As Managing Director, James plays a central role in shaping the direction and continued growth of Geo Green Power. With over 15 years at the company, he has developed extensive knowledge of the renewable energy sector and remains closely connected to clients, acting as the main point of contact for many of our customers. Frequently on site, James works directly with businesses to understand their needs and ensure every renewable energy proposal is carefully tailored, practical, and commercially sound.

James oversees sales and business development and, leads and collaborates closely with the senior leadership team to drive strategy and performance. He also represents the company at speaking engagements and industry events throughout the UK, sharing insight on renewable energy and the transition to cleaner power. His career began with an electrical apprenticeship before moving into property sales and negotiations, experiences that built the technical understanding and commercial insight he brings to the role today.

Outside of work, James enjoys playing 7-a-side football, socialising with friends and family, and travelling with his wife and son. He also has a passion for fine wines. In addition to his role at Geo Green Power, James is an integral link between the business and our sister company, GeoPura, which is leading the way in providing hydrogen power solutions for the construction industry.
