Team Geo Green had a successful evening at the East Midlands Energy Efficiency Awards, taking home Highly Commended in both of our categories.
Our work with Swiftool Precision Engineering (SPE) was nominated for Regional Large Scale Project (>£250K) of the Year. Two solar PV installations, totaling 332kW, are now providing SPE with 30% of their energy requirement, reducing their carbon emissions and providing cost savings of around £85,000. SPE take their Corporate Social Responsibilities incredibly seriously and their Green Team is focused on initiatives that improve sustainability and enrich the local community. We’re delighted that their hard work has been recognised by these awards.
Our continued year on year growth, and our dedication to deliver service excellence for our customers and a great place to work for our team was recognised in our nomination for Solar PV Installer and Contractor of the Year. In what was the largest category of the evening our nomination was highlighted for our commitment to building long standing partnerships with our customers, our growing list of industry accreditations and our investment in our team.
