We have built and structured our business around the customers we serve, providing the expertise required to specify, design, install and maintain renewable energy systems all under one roof.

Established in 2010 we are one of the UK’s longest standing renewable energy companies and we want to support you as we power a greener future for us all.

Surveying and pre-sales

An investment in renewable energy is an investment for the future. It’s important to us that any installation delivered by us meets your requirements and you’re 100% satisfied with the results.

When you contact us to discuss a project we will do our best to fully understand the energy needs for your home or business. We are aware that your household or business operation may change, and as such we will always help you to consider future scenarios.

We will never suggest that you purchase technology that you don’t need, and will always outline if additional investment, such as battery storage, could be added at a later stage.

We do not make cold calls and will never pressure anyone into a sale.

Working with Geo Green Power

When you choose to go ahead with a project, we will follow our ISO9001 accredited installation process. We’ll keep you up to date every step of the way and make sure you are happy with the final design of your system, installation dates and all other aspects.

You will have a dedicated point of contact in our operations team and can continue to speak with your surveyor if you have any further questions for them.

You can rest assured that all the members of our team carrying out your installation will have received the required training necessary for them to carry out their role and we will deliver an installation that we’re proud of.

We take the health & safety of our team, everyone on site and the general public very seriously. We will incorporate any onsite processes that you outline for us and leave your site tidy and clear of rubbish.  

Once your system is commissioned you will receive a full walk-through and handover, and we will be at the end of the phone should you need us.

After sales and ongoing operations & maintenance

Your installation is the start of your relationship with us, it’s important to us that you get the most out of your investment, that your system operates as you are expecting and that it’s well maintained.

You’ll receive all certification and a full operations & maintenance manual soon after we complete your installation and we have people you can call should you ever need to.

Our inhouse technical design team, who designed your system, can assist with any technical or set-up questions and our inhouse operations & maintenance team can support with regular service and any maintenance issues. We will be in touch when a service is due and can be reached whenever you may have a concern.

If your installer doesn’t offer post-installation support our team will be happy to take on your installation as a legacy system and offer you the same ongoing support we offer to our installation customers.

Warranty periods

Warranty periods for solar panels and inverters can vary depending on the manufacturer and the specific product.

Our preferred manufacturers offer up to a 30 year warranty on solar PV performance and up to 20 years for inverters; details of the warranty periods relating to your system will be clearly included within our proposals. Should you need to swap a product under warranty we will be happy to facilitate this for you.

Our installation services have a two year warranty as standard across all of our installation types.

When we have completed our installation or service visit we will ask you to provide a review. Customer reviews are important to us as your feedback helps us improve the experience that we deliver.

Concerns and issues

If at any stage you become concerned with the service we are providing, we would like to know so that we can resolve the situation.

Please raise any issues, however small, with the member of our team you are dealing with. If you don’t feel that they have resolved the issue, or you would like to escalate your concern please contact our Projects & Communications Director, Kat Auckland.

Any service complaints relating to our team or processes are raised as internal service cases and managed to completion by a dedicated team from across the business and overseen by Kat.
