This competition is subject to availability. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

The cost of each ticket entry into the Win a Free Solar PV System raffle is £5.

You may purchase more than one ticket, but the maximum number of tickets is twenty (£100) per draw.

If an entrant contributes more than £100, they will receive 20 tickets and additional monies will be treated as a donation.

The Raffle will be drawn on 16 July 2020.

Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date via our JustGiving page.

Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation.

All monies raised will go to the NHS Charities Together charity number 1186569.

The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The system can only be installed into a residential property and where the winner is the owner.

We will only install this system free of charge into domestic properties within England.

The winner has 72 hours from the conclusion of the competition to claim their prize. After this point, Geo Green Power reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.

The winner will receive a 1.5kW solar PV system designed to Geo Green Power specifications.

System upgrade is available, charged at additional cost.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives.

Geo Green Power will endeavour to install the prize within 90 days of the competition. If no date is agreed within 28 days of the competition winner announcement, Geo Green Power reserve the right to withdraw the prize.

The competition will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the competition.

Geo Green Power will process entrants’ personal information in order to contact the competition winner. Geo Green Power may use personal information to inform entrants of business interests in connection with the competition. All personal information is handled in a secure and confidential manner and will not be shared with any third parties in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (2016) and applicable UK law. Geo Green Power reserves the right to amend, remove or suspend the competition without notice if considered necessary to do so. Geo Green Power will not exercise this right unreasonably.
