At Geo Green Power, we believe that a wonderful team deserves wonderful celebrations- and our annual summer party is the perfect way to show just how much we value our staff. Employee wellbeing is central to our ethos, and creating memories outside of the office is a big part of our workplace culture.
On Saturday 19th July, despite the rainy British weather, we welcomed our team and their families to our Green Barn site for an afternoon full of joy and entertainment. The event was organised by our brilliant HR & Office Manager, Siobhan, and was designed to give our employees a well-deserved break and the opportunity to relax in a family-friendly environment.
We pulled out all the stops to ensure there was something for everyone. For the younger guests, the bouncy castle slide and the face painting station were huge hits! And of course, no summer celebrations would be complete without a visit from the ice cream van, which was on hand to serve up sweet treats!
To finish off a fantastic day, we hosted a free raffle packed with brilliant prizes. From quirky novelty items to luxury hotel stays, we made sure that every guest left feeling like a winner. It was a joyful way to round off the day and give back to the team who make everything we do possible.
Events like this are so much more than just a day out. Theyโre a reflection of our company values, especially our commitment to employee wellbeing, team spirit and a supportive workplace culture.
